Expect traffic delays in Arlington
ARLINGTON — Most city street improvement projects here don’t require overnight closures to get the work done. However, a daytime closure of Smokey Point Boulevard probably would have caused huge backups on I-5, said city spokeswoman Kristin Banfield.
